EP Grease - lubricant composed

EP Grease - lubricant composed

EP Grease - is a lubricant composed of soap emulsified with oil. EP greases are highly viscose. Lubricant additives are additional grease component could be glycerol, graphite or molybdenum disulphide. A shocking load from high pressure can compress normal grease to provide more protection through heavy loadings. Solid lubricants in EP grease bond to metal surface preventing contact. Grease consistency is commonly classified and determined depending on the unit requirement. Greases are assigned specific code based on operational properties including factors like range of temperature, and effects of water. Sky Mart offer grease products with anti-wear additives to prolong gear life and enhance its performance.
