Exchange (Part) is a type of contract where the buyer supplies a used core in exchange for serviceable or overhaul conditioned part, usually the exchanges are for 30 days, and incur a fee plus cost of repair when the unit returns. Exchange service is provided to ship and return defective parts to company within the warranty period. Clients are typically provided with return shipping instructions and keep essential information such as the part number, proof of purchase or delivery and the serial number. Exchange delivery and status may be provided depending on company’s existing policies and delivery destinations.
